We are looking for an experienced Records Management Assistant to join our team at Christensen O'Connor Johnson Kindness PLLC. In this full-time Records Clerk position, you will work closely with our Operations Department to ensure smooth document management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage physical and electronic documents
  • Support incoming and outgoing file transfers
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including phone support and meeting setup
  • Collaborate with IT to resolve technical issues
  • Conduct research and process machine translations
  • Communicate with vendors to resolve escalated issues
  • Comply with retention and destruction policies for confidential documents
  • Update document information in our database or document management system
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned
