Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our products and services to current and potential customers, providing leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with top-tier business executives and community leaders
  • Represent Ritter Communications in various community committees and functions
  • Identify business opportunities with both established clients and potential customers
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze business trends to develop and implement plans to maximize sales

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field and 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of telecommunications industry, operations, technology, and equipment
  • Knowledge of business sales principles and practices
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, salesforce/CRM, Adobe, and application-based programs
  • Ability to communicate with customers, employees, and business contacts in a professional and courteous manner
