Process Engineer

Xylem is a leading water technology company seeking an experienced Process Engineer to optimize industrial water treatment plants in the North Central US area.
This role involves troubleshooting and optimizing complex water and waste water treatment processes by working with operations personnel and customers, reviewing process data, and performing pilots and experiments to understand root cause issues.
The ideal candidate will have a BS/BA in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline, with 5 years of experience in industrial chemical process or water treatment process.
Key responsibilities include innovating process treatment to improve site production, providing support in design, development, testing, and modifications of systems, and implementing process changes to improve safety, cost, production, and reliability.
