Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Futran Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures * Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues * Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement * Develop and implement corrective action plans Requirements: * B.S in Engineering or Technical Practice * Minimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering or quality related position * Experience with AIAG processes * Knowledge of Statistical Process Control Techniques * Ability and Knowledge to conduct Root Cause Analysis through various industrial techniques * Ability to develop and execute: Risk assessments, Validation plans, DFMEA's / PFMEA's, Control Plans, Measurement System Analysis, Process Flow Diagrams, First Article Inspections * Experience in the development and execution of standard operating procedure documents * Experience with executing variable and attribute Gage R&R's * Proficient in Microsoft Applications, word, excel ect * Knowledge of GD&T standards and implementation * Experience with DOE Matrix development * PC proficiency with Minitab, Excel What We Offer: * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment How to Apply: If you are a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer looking for a new challenge, please submit your resume and cover letter for consideration.
