Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems, server racks, power distribution units (PDUs), and test equipment.
  • Collaborate with facilities and IT teams to ensure lab infrastructure is properly maintained and upgraded.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve test and operational issues.
  • Manage inventory of lab supplies and equipment, including purchasing and replenishing as needed.
  • Track and maintain assets, ensuring efficient use of lab equipment.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in firmware or software development environments with lab equipment.
  • Proficiency in computer assembly and operating system/software installation in both Windows and Linux.
  • Proven ability to work proactively and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the storage industry and knowledge of NVMe protocol.
