We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita Inc. This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and dedicated individual to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting. You will work collaboratively with our team to develop personalized treatment plans, provide education to patients and their families, and ensure seamless communication among healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in consultation with physicians and other healthcare professionals
* Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing various medical procedures
* Educate patients and their families on dialysis treatment options, medication management, and self-care techniques
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
Requirements:
* Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (R.N.) in the state of practice
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire date
