About the Role

We are looking for a skilled nurse with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide high-quality patient care in our outpatient dialysis center. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate and empathetic care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.

Patient Care

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

Teamwork and Communication

  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families to address concerns and provide education on disease management.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a dialysis setting preferred.
