We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Residence Counselors/Direct Care personnel at Community Living Corporation.

About the Role:

As a Residence Counselor/Direct Care personnel, you will provide quality care and individualized skill instruction for dually diagnosed developmentally disabled adults in a residential setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care and support to residents in a residential setting
  • Develop and implement individualized skill instruction plans
  • Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality care and services
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license for at least 3 years
  • Own transportation
  • Background check and drug testing required
