Job Summary

We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses to work with our clients in Williamston, MI. As a nurse with AdvisaCare, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing personalized care and support to meet their unique needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
Requirements
  • Current MI Nursing License
  • Proven nursing experience, preferably in a home healthcare setting
  • Familiarity with professional and technical emerging knowledge
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
  • High school graduate or GED
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassionate and effective communication skills
  • Ability to travel within the service area
  • CPR certification
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
