The ideal candidate will have extensive practical experience as an automotive/electronics engineering technician, or equivalent. You will be responsible for designing, building, and testing engineering prototypes of new batteries for future Tesla products, developing and executing test setups for product validation testing, collaborating with engineering staff to enhance our current battery products, operating and maintaining production-representative assembly equipment, and providing meticulous documentation during builds, tests, and inspections.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and communication throughout the development process.
