Position Overview:

Team Dynamics:
The Transformation Office (TO) consists of a group of high-achieving professionals dedicated to supporting the Enterprise Leadership Team (ELT). This team identifies critical issues across the organization, collaborates on significant cross-functional initiatives, and contributes to innovation efforts while ensuring senior leadership governance responsibilities are met.

The TO collaborates with essential functions such as Firm Strategy and Enterprise Change and Communication to effectively implement the firm's long-term strategy, providing clarity and alignment necessary for senior leaders to engage broader stakeholder groups.

Your Responsibilities:
The Senior Change Management Analyst will play a pivotal role in advancing the firm's transformation initiatives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the analysis and insights on high-impact strategic challenges facing the firm and translating these findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Contributing to various initiatives within the Transformation Office's product ecosystem, including direct engagement with external stakeholders and internal process improvements.
  • Thriving in a matrixed environment, providing and receiving constructive feedback from peers and leaders.

Key Duties:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to devise solutions for challenges at the team, division, and enterprise levels.
  • Facilitate enterprise decision-making through strategy workshops with various stakeholders.
  • Support the alignment of enterprise strategic objectives across different timeframes, integrating insights from internal research and external trends.
  • Lead discussions with enterprise leaders focused on identifying primary constraints and pathways to resolution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to address key business inquiries and needs.
  • Operate independently in environments requiring strong thought leadership and collaboration with peers and senior leaders.
  • Act as a resource for colleagues with similar or less experience, potentially leading small projects with manageable risks.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is determined by national data, with actual pay reflecting skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors:

Minimum Salary: $113,810
Maximum Salary: $193,785

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience; 7+ years preferred.
  • A growth mindset to understand the firm's long-term strategy and competitive landscape.
  • Experience in high-impact strategy assignments is preferred.
  • Ability to apply systems thinking to evaluate issues from multiple perspectives.
  • Supports the translation of broad strategies into clear objectives and actionable plans.
  • Embraces a learning mindset and agile methodologies.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and collaborating with multiple sources for recommendations.
