Job Description:

Overview

  • Provide top-notch customer service to hotel guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the face of the operation, interacting with guests and staff daily.
  • Supervise front desk staff, train new hires, and implement hotel policies.
  • Manage front desk operations, including budgeting and ordering office supplies.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Generate occupancy reports and compile financial information for management.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and bookkeeping skills a plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking skills essential.
