Customer Service Director

**Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and lead a team of front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage the front desk budget and oversee the ordering of office supplies as needed.
- Communicate effectively with guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve any complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Generate occupancy reports and compile financial information for the general manager.
- Direct front desk operations to ensure customer service meets our high standards for guest satisfaction.
**Requirements:**
- A high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) is required.
- Experience with MS Office and bookkeeping skills are desired.
- Superb communication, management, and multitasking skills are essential.
- At least 1 year of previous experience working in the hospitality industry is preferred.
The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
