Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and distribution, preferably in the beverage alcohol industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and building strong relationships with distributors and retailers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively communicate sales performance to senior management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience with sales and distribution software, such as VIP iDig and Karma
  • Knowledge of the 3-tier system and ability to balance between wholesaler management and retail execution
