About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Engineer to join our team in Palo Alto, CA. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and validating identity management solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement identity management solutions using SailPoint Identity Now
  • Develop custom connectors and workflows to meet client requirements
  • Architect and lead SailPoint Identity IDN implementations, including application onboarding and customization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with HRMS and ServiceNow applications
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, test cases, and support processes
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in identity management deployment
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience with SailPoint Identity Now, including implementation, governance, and custom connector development
  • Strong hands-on scripting experience, preferably in Python
  • Experience with SailPoint, HRMS, and ServiceNow applications integration
  • Familiarity with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
