Key Responsibilities
  • Exude passion and enthusiasm for the Nespresso brand at all times
  • Provide customers with a comprehensive Nespresso experience, including coffee tastings, engaging machine demonstrations, and personalized product recommendations
  • Increase product sales and machine registrations through best-in-class demos, product knowledge, and coffee expertise
  • Train store associates to effectively communicate Nespresso information and promote our products
  • Operate the Nespresso Trade mobile app to register machine purchases and coffee orders
  • Maintain a clean and functional demo area, adhering to proper hygiene standards
Requirements
  • Retail, sales, or training experience
  • Passion for coffee-related beverages
  • Previous food demonstration experience a plus
  • Engaging attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable presenting to individuals and groups
