Job Overview

RER Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Strategy Consultant to provide federal program support to the Department of Energy Loan Programs Office's Strategy team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in management consulting and investment banking or private equity, with a strong background in energy or natural resources.

The Senior Strategy Consultant will be responsible for advising on planning, execution, and enhancement of current programs to address systemic barriers to deploying clean energy technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop targeted analyses to inform and shape the application of LPO's authorities.
  • Build alignments across DOE offices and other relevant U.S. government agencies on identified pathways to commercial scale.
  • Utilize data analysis to support strategy and policy decisions.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders across the clean energy ecosystem.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of US Citizenship required to obtain client-issued Public Trust.
  • 2+ years of experience in management consulting and investment banking or private equity.
  • Energy or natural resources experience is strongly preferred.
