About the Role:

Hitachi Energy is seeking a highly skilled Digital Strategy Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital strategies that drive business growth and innovation in the energy sector.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital strategies that align with our business objectives and enhance our competitive advantage in the market.
  • Analyze and monitor trends, drivers, and impacts of digital disruption on the energy sector and our customers.
  • Identify and evaluate new digital opportunities, technologies, and partnerships that can create value for our company and our clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to design and deliver digital solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our customers and comply with industry standards and regulations.
  • Manage the digital portfolio and budget, ensuring the optimal allocation of resources and the achievement of performance indicators and targets.
  • Communicate and promote the digital vision, mission, and values of our company internally and externally.

Your Background:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing, digital, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in digital strategy, digital transformation, or digital innovation roles, preferably in the energy sector or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital strategies and solutions that deliver business results and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and information into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade diverse audiences and stakeholders.
  • Strong governance skills and ability to execute.
  • Highly creative and innovative, with a passion for exploring new ideas and opportunities in the digital space.
  • Team player and leader, with the ability to motivate, coach, and inspire others.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
