Automotive Customer Support Coordinator / Collision Center Administrative Associate

We provide our Automotive Customer Support Coordinator / Collision Center Administrative Associate with:

Key Responsibilities of the Automotive Customer Support Coordinator / Collision Center Administrative Associate may include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing reconciliation for all accounts payable and receivable, deposits, petty cash, and receipts
  • Welcoming and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in-person and via phone
  • Performing general office tasks such as data entry, insurance processing, compliance reporting, and filing
  • Other assigned duties as necessary

Qualifications for the Automotive Customer Support Coordinator / Collision Center Administrative Associate include:

  • Professional demeanor with outstanding customer service skills, required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, required
  • Enthusiastic approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, required
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly QuickBooks or similar accounting software, preferred
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver's license
