As an Automotive Service Consultant, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional service for our dealership clients. In this capacity, you will leverage your networking and relationship-building skills to promote the Company's offerings.

Key Responsibilities of the Skilled Automotive Service Consultant include:

Potentially assist the Service Manager by performing tasks such as monitoring service inquiries, managing spare parts inventory, enforcing service protocols, and overseeing daily service documentation.

Greet service customers promptly and professionally.

Handle incoming service calls and coordinate appointment scheduling.

Inform customers about estimated service costs and expected completion times.

Collaborate with Technicians to coordinate repairs and service orders.

Document and communicate issues to the Department Supervisor.

Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering accurate and timely service.

Recommend additional services to customers as appropriate.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications for the Skilled Automotive Service Consultant:

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Service Consultant or 1 year as an Assistant Service Manager is required.

Must be a customer-focused, self-driven team player.

Previous sales and/or customer service experience is essential.

Experience in upselling services is a plus.

Proficiency in computer applications is necessary.

A High School Diploma or GED is required.

Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, is necessary.

A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
