Key Responsibilities
  • Execute tasks outlined in the repair order efficiently and in line with dealership standards.
  • Conduct test drives and assess vehicle components and systems using diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment.
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair various automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
  • Engage directly with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about any additional services required, providing estimates for the time needed for further repairs.
  • Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Technician is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
  • B level qualifications, including Diagnostic and Engine Repair, are required.
  • Manual dexterity, with excellent hand-eye coordination.
  • Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills, along with the ability to utilize electronic diagnostic tools.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities and basic computer skills.
  • A positive and friendly demeanor, with a willingness to learn and improve.
  • A preference for working in a vibrant and dynamic environment.
  • A collaborative team player with effective communication skills.
  • A capacity to adapt to new technologies, repair methods, and specifications.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential.
