We are seeking a highly skilled Building Automation Systems Specialist to join our team at Siemens. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their building automation systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Service Delivery: Execute digitalization and standard service operations strategies to ensure timely and effective delivery of services to customers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal service team members, including Service Sales, Client Service Managers, Service Coordinators, and RAM Digital Service Center personnel to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Safety and Compliance: Follow safety requirements as outlined by Siemens and customers, and successfully complete assigned training as outlined in the training path.
- Documentation and Reporting: Complete service ticket documentation per policy, follow and maintain preventive maintenance schedules, and generate reports within Siemens tools.
- Customer Support: Provide instructions to customer personnel regarding proper system operations, assist with training, and identify and report system discrepancies.
- Project Management: Participate in job site final walk and/or final completion for systems-to-service turnover on assigned jobs, and perform other duties as assigned.
- Basic Qualifications: Demonstrated electro-mechanical aptitude, user PC/software skill, and ability to work in a variety of circumstances, including climbing ladders, scaffolds, and high lift equipment.
- Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or state-recognized GED, specialized skill training/certification, and demonstrated experience installing and servicing electronic control or HVAC equipment.
- Competitive Compensation: The pay range for this position is $45,000 – $97,100, depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
