Building Maintenance Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Specialist to join our team at the Greens Creek Mine. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance on buildings and equipment, as well as constructing new structures to support our production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building mechanical equipment, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Construct new buildings and structures to support our operations, including carpentry, concrete installation, and other related tasks.
- Inspect and maintain fire systems, boiler systems, and other critical equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Support the fixed maintenance electrical group and surface operations group with projects and tasks as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in building maintenance and repair, or related field.
- Proficiency in carpentry, HVAC, concrete installation, and other related skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
