Family Service of Rhode Island (FSRI) is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in providing exceptional early intervention services.

About the Role

This position involves delivering occupational therapy services to infants and toddlers, including screenings, evaluations, assessments, and treatment services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Rhode Island Early Intervention Certification Standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to infants and toddlers in natural environments.
  • Evaluate and develop treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of occupational therapy and licensure by the RI Department of Health.
  • Minimum one year experience working with infants and toddlers in natural environments.
  • Current driver's license and auto insurance.
  • CPR/First Aid certification.
  • Bilingual skills are compensated at 6% above base pay.
Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience, certifications, and language ability. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development.
