Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating patient needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapies to help patients achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Implement occupational therapy interventions to help patients regain functional abilities
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Provide education and training to patients and families on occupational therapy techniques and strategies

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Rhode Island
  • Experience working with patients of all ages and abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
