Your Role:

In this position, you will be the face of SpotOn in your designated area, responsible for promoting our comprehensive suite of products. You will build and nurture relationships with local business owners and restaurant operators, helping them elevate their businesses to new heights. We seek dynamic individuals who possess an entrepreneurial mindset, excel in relationship-building, and understand the challenges faced by small to medium-sized businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a local ambassador for SpotOn, introducing advanced technology solutions to business owners.
  • Conduct travel within your assigned territory to connect with potential clients, establish relationships, and onboard new businesses.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, managing a growing portfolio of clients.
  • Achieve sales objectives, focusing on software, point-of-sale solutions, and payment processing.
  • Collaborate with our Sales Support team to meet your monthly performance targets.

Qualifications:

We encourage candidates who meet most of the qualifications to apply, even if they do not meet every single requirement:

  • Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience, particularly with small business owners and restaurants.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets with a results-driven approach.
  • Strong skills in cold calling, prospecting, and territory development.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to maintain and enhance client relationships in partnership with internal support teams.
  • Capacity to grasp technology fundamentals and apply them in business contexts.
  • Willingness to accept feedback and take responsibility for personal growth.

Compensation:

The base salary for this role is $70,000, complemented by a competitive compensation package that includes a stock plan. Commissions are awarded for new accounts, with additional bonuses for hardware sales and customer retention.
