Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the General Manager in the sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and close.
  • Book and confirm quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quotas and follow up with leads and missed intro classes.
  • Manage the front desk, greeting and checking in clients and prospects when they enter the studio.
  • Conduct tours of the facility, establishing relationships and targeting individuals' needs and wants.
  • Achieve or exceed sales goals by advising prospective members on available services and influencing them to achieve their personal wellness goals.
  • Participate in special events, such as health fairs, grand openings, and community events, to promote the studio.
  • Ensure the studio is clean and tidy, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to work across various channels.
  • Goal-oriented, with the ability to achieve sales in memberships for one-on-one and group assisted stretch and retail.
  • Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Daily and/or occasional travel may be required.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Hourly rate of $15.
  • Commission paid on sales.
