Job Title: 3D Modeler

Blue Energy Group is seeking a skilled 3D Modeler to join our team for a Small Modular Reactor development project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create accurate and comprehensive 3D models of mechanical, structural, and electrical components involved in power plant design and construction.
  • Work closely with our in-house engineering team and sub-contractors to identify and resolve issues, clashes, and inconsistencies.
  • Proactively provide support to the Licensing team and identify issues that need oversight by leadership.
  • Coordinate with project management and construction teams to review models and make necessary adjustments.
  • Actively participate in construction and commissioning, including frequent trips to the construction site.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, CAD Design, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a 3D modeler, preferably in power plant, industrial, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Expertise in 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, SolidWorks, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of power plant components, such as turbines, boilers, piping, and electrical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings, technical documentation, and construction plans.
