Job Summary:

The Operations Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. As an Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for performing general administrative tasks, including processing orders, producing and reconciling shipping, delivery, and service performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide confidential administrative support to leadership
  • General clerical duties, including data collection and preparation for operational reports
  • Interact with internal and external customers, as well as collaborate with multiple teams

Requirements:

  • HS Diploma or General Education Degree
  • 1-2 years of relative experience
