Executive Chef

  • Kitchen Management: Supervise and manage the kitchen staff, ensuring that all team members are working efficiently and effectively to meet the demands of the restaurant.
  • Inventory Control: Manage the inventory of food and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and materials to maintain our high standards.
  • Staff Development: Provide training and guidance to the kitchen staff, helping them to develop their skills and advance in their careers.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all dishes meet our high standards, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Cost Control: Manage the kitchen budget, ensuring that we are operating within our means and making the most of our resources.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 8 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant environment, with a proven track record of success in a senior culinary role.

  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work well under pressure, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Working Conditions:

The Executive Chef will be required to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with prolonged standing, bending, and lifting. The position requires a high level of physical stamina and the ability to work well in a team.
