About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reliability Engineer to join our team at Ascend Performance Materials. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and integrity of our fixed equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections and testing to identify potential issues and develop corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance or reliability engineering role, preferably in the chemical or petrochemical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of ASME and API codes, including ASME Sections I and VIII, B31.1, B31.3, API 510, 570, 576, 653.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • API 510, 570, 581, 653 certifications.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer.
  • Experience with PCMS software and inspection monitoring systems.
