Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience in maintenance operations or a related field
* Strong mechanical knowledge and experience
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
