About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Clearstory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and generating sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound calling and emailing activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the commercial construction industry
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities, leads, and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • 1+ year of B2B cold-calling and CRM experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take calculated risks
  • Ability to build relationships and earn the respect of other teams
