Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, including the identification of potential problems and the implementation of evidence-based practices.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and departmental policies.
Provide education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to take an active role in their healthcare journey.
Stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements, best practices, and research findings, applying this knowledge to enhance patient care and promote professional growth.
A graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
A current License to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State.
Specialized certifications may be required depending on the specific job requirements.
Competitive salary range: $68,000-$115,000 per year.
