About the Job: FS-Curtis is seeking a seasoned Channel Partner Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Southeast U.S. territory. In this critical role, you'll drive sales growth, manage distributor relationships, and develop strategic business plans to achieve region-wide goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies that meet regional targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and clients.
  • Conduct market analysis to inform pricing schedules and discount rates.
  • Train and evaluate distributors to optimize sales performance.
  • Coordinate sales distribution activities, including setting sales territories, quotas, and goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor activity in assigned territories.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
  • Negotiate and close deals with distributors and clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and SAP.

Compensation: $95,000 - $125,000 per year, plus annual bonuses, health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
