Job SummaryWe are seeking a Medical Sales Representative to join our team in Lower Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and Staten Island. As a key member of our sales team, you will develop and apply territory business plans to achieve sales goals and objectives, while coordinating with field-based employees to drive promoted products to dermatologists within a designated geography.
Key Responsibilities- Reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager
- Demonstrates high level of integrity and accountability
- Builds strong professional relationships with internal and external customers
- Responsible for understanding and utilizing sales reports and forecasts
- Implements and executes key marketing strategies
- Meets monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills required
- Ability to travel overnight as needed
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year accredited university
- College GPA of 3.0
- Minimum three years of outside business-to-business sales required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient with MS Office, Windows, and sales tracking and reporting software
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Outside sales experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales preferred
- Minimum two years of consistent, documented high-level sales performance
- Recent working relationships with local dermatologists a plus
- Bilingual a plus
