About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Welfare Benefits Consultant to join our team at Fidelity TalentSource LLC. As a key member of our benefits consulting team, you will play a critical role in managing projects and client relationships, providing expert advice on health and welfare benefits, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects and client relationships, providing expert advice on health and welfare benefits
  • Develop and implement benefits strategies, including plan design, compliance, and reporting services
  • Lead consulting projects, mentor other associates, and promote collaboration
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in health and welfare benefits
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience working with health and welfare plan financials, preferably at a benefits consulting/brokerage firm or through a health underwriting/actuarial function at an insurance company
  • Actuarial exam completion and/or accreditation strongly preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of health insurance industry and employee benefits strategy
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Strong Microsoft Office PC skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, plus excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivation and determination to succeed
  • Strong project management skills and ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000-$179,000 per year, depending on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors. Our total compensation package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
