About the Role

Marksman Security Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening top talent to meet our company's future goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze our hiring and talent needs to anticipate hiring requirements
  • Source candidates through various channels and build relationships with applicants and past employees
  • Work with hiring managers to anticipate needs and fill positions efficiently
  • Manage the screening process, including resume screening and interviewing
  • Research talent acquisition trends to improve our recruitment process
  • Represent the organization at job fairs and recruiting events
Requirements
  • Two (2) plus years of recruiting experience in a high-volume setting
  • Demonstrated strategic and creative thinking, with strong influencing, collaboration, problem-solving, mediation, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to build relationships with all levels of employees
  • Experience working in a fast-paced regional and national footprint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills
  • Advanced iCIMS experience, ADP Workforce Now experience preferred
