Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Minimum Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
    • Minimum of five years system administration experience in a similar technical environment
    • Experience in a leadership role, with a focus on team management and development
  • Technical Skills
    • Experience with Microsoft Client and Server Operating Systems, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft IIS, DNS / WINS, active directory, Server clustering
    • Experience with Cisco UCS or equivalent client, server & networking hardware/equipment
    • Experience with Pure and Nimble Storage Area Networks
    • Experience with Cisco Firewalls
    • Experience with VPN technology & communications
    • Experience with SSL / Certificate Cryptography
    • Experience with various vendor backup solutions
    • Experience with various vendor security management devices and technologies
    • Experience with MS Exchange Server, Skype for Business, SharePoint and SolarWinds Orion
  • Soft Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with a focus on team development and performance
