Strategic Enterprise Sales Leader

An exceptional sales professional will play a pivotal role in driving TNS' success by developing and executing sales strategies, generating leads, and building relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Product Development, to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Monitor and follow up on inbound sales leads, utilizing a commonly used CRM platform.
- Create, manage, and own the sales pipeline from prospect initial inquiry to close of the deal.
- Actively develop opportunities by identifying and researching potential accounts.
- Present custom web/phone demonstrations to prospects after evaluating their needs and matching to the best solution(s).
- Maintain and grow the existing customer base by providing best-in-class customer service.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Account Management, and Product teams to provide customers with the best possible product experience.
- Collaborate with team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
- Support marketing efforts, such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events, as needed.
- Overcome objections of prospective customers.
- The successful candidate will have extensive experience with building relationships in the healthcare sector and a background in voice security, anti-fraud technology, and data-driven customer interactions.
- 10+ years of experience in Call Center Sales/Consulting, UCASS/CCASS at an enterprise level.
- 5+ years of experience exceeding sales goals, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and quality 'contact' metrics.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated curiosity outside of immediate role, with a focus on adding value and achieving overarching department goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing, or a related field.
