Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our engineering project management team.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced environment, a strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing general project documentation, including schedules, meeting minutes, letters, and specifications;
  • Intake and processing administrative tasks to support the electrical project management team deliverables;
  • Tracking and preparing project reports, schedules, and distributing them to team members;
  • Coordinating and scheduling project meetings, ensuring all relevant parties are notified and materials prepared;
  • Maintaining and updating project documentation and filing systems for accurate records;
  • Assisting in preparing presentations and other documentation for stakeholder meetings;
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence related to project activities;
  • Acting as a liaison between project management and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries, and facilitating communication;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • 1+ years of project coordination experience in a fast-paced environment;
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Office 365 applications;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships;
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy of deliverables;
  • Ability to prioritize competing tasks effectively;
  • Experience working at an engineering or architectural firm is a plus; experience with Procore is also a plus;
