About the Role:

Insight Global is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Associate to support our local operations. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless administrative processes, excellent client satisfaction, and efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate administrative projects, manage priorities, and meet deadlines to drive operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or mail.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our department, including filing, typing, copying, and scanning.
  • Assist in preparing reports, ensuring accuracy and meeting departmental deadlines.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, make recommendations, and contribute to process improvements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent education required.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Familiarity with Deltek Vision and Qest software (a plus).
  • Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
