We are looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team at Gummi World
Job Description:
OverviewGummi World is a dynamic company seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to facilitate daily business activities and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate feedback from employees to management and executive teams, ensuring open communication and collaboration across departments.
- Process Improvement: Work with team leaders, managers, and department heads to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements, adhering to local, federal, industry, and company standards.
- Reporting and Analysis: Design and maintain clear operational guides, delivering reports to department heads, management teams, and C-Suite leadership to provide insight into organizational efficiency.
- Project Management: Assist with project management by creating assignments, tracking progress, and resolving issues.
- Stakeholder Relations: Manage internal and external stakeholder relations, fostering strong partnerships and communications.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required, with a finance or accounting background preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in office management or an administrative role.
- Skill Set: Excellent communication and people management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Personal Qualities: Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary Estimate: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
