Key Responsibilities

  • Conducts basic and routine assembly tasks on electronic components and sub-assemblies.
  • Adheres to ISO process documentation throughout operations.
  • Checks foot straps for ESD compliance as necessary.
  • Follows all established quality and safety protocols.
  • Engages in performance evaluations.
  • Assembles units according to specified process sheets.
  • May involve inserting various parts such as housings and relays.
  • Performs visual inspections of products at various stages of production.
  • Supports and complies with safety, quality, and 5S standards.
  • Contributes to productivity enhancements and participates in special projects as required.
  • Completes customer products following established procedures.
  • Identifies and addresses technical issues related to assembly tasks.
  • Engages in special assignments as directed by management.
  • Assists in corrective actions and containment measures.
  • Participates in failure analysis activities.
  • Conducts in-circuit and functional testing as per customer specifications.
  • Responsible for inputting data related to auditing and testing into quality management systems.
  • Follows testing protocols, customer drawings, and visual aids.
  • Communicates defect findings with team members and supervisors.
  • Engages in performance feedback discussions.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
Essential Job Functions
