Medical Screener

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Screener to join our team at CSL Plasma. As a Medical Screener, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our donors by conducting thorough health screenings and registration procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct health screenings and registration procedures for donors, including assessing self-administered health history, answering medical questions, and performing health screening procedures such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, and temperature.
- Assist qualified donors in completing the screening process, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and documented accurately.
- Report to the Assistant Center Manager and maintain open communication to ensure a smooth and efficient donor flow.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned, including answering phone calls, responding to donor inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in a medical or health provider environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
