About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Health Screener at BioLife Plasma Services. As a Health Screener, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our donors by conducting thorough medical screenings and collecting vital signs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct medical screenings and collect vital signs from donors
  • Use our Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate donor compensation and ensure a positive donor experience
  • Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes using company-approved procedures
  • Work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
  • Ability to lift up to 5 lbs. and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs.
  • Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
  • 1 or more years of experience working in a customer or patient-facing role
