We are a leading provider of plasma-based therapies, and we are seeking a skilled Medical Screener to join our team. As a Medical Screener, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and quality of our plasma products.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Medical Screener. In this role, you will be responsible for screening donors, collecting and processing plasma, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen donors for eligibility and collect medical history
  • Conduct phlebotomy procedures and collect plasma samples
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of donor information and plasma collection
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Provide exceptional customer service to donors and colleagues
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a healthcare or laboratory setting
  • Phlebotomy certification or training
  • Customer service experience
