Job Summary

CPR Cell Phone Repair is seeking a skilled Cell Phone Electronics Repair Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our repair team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing electronic devices, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and game systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair electronic devices, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and game systems
  • Research and troubleshoot issues using company resources and the internet
  • Maintain an efficient and productive work area
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong passion and interest in technology
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Basic knowledge of iOS, Android, and Windows mobile operating systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience repairing smartphones, tablets, or other consumer electronics
  • Experience with computer repair, both hardware and software
  • Strong communication skills and customer service experience
