Job Summary
CPR Cell Phone Repair is seeking a skilled Cell Phone Electronics Repair Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our repair team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing electronic devices, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and game systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair electronic devices, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and game systems
- Research and troubleshoot issues using company resources and the internet
- Maintain an efficient and productive work area
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong passion and interest in technology
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Basic knowledge of iOS, Android, and Windows mobile operating systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience repairing smartphones, tablets, or other consumer electronics
- Experience with computer repair, both hardware and software
- Strong communication skills and customer service experience
