The ideal candidate for this role is a seasoned sales professional with a passion for consumer electronics. As an Audio Sales Specialist Lead, you will be responsible for introducing Sonos products to customers and promoting their home theater sound technology.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Serve as a dedicated brand influencer, showcasing Sonos products to customers and promoting their home theater sound technology
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet program operations plan, mission, and KPI critical success factors
  • BUILD relationships with store managers and associates, creating a positive impact and driving Sonos' sales in assigned stores
  • Engage customers through captivating product demonstrations, identifying home audio products that fit their individual needs
  • Assist and train store personnel, empowering them to communicate Sonos information with confidence
  • Promote Sonos products, showcasing them in a perfect display on the sales floor
  • Ensure seamless execution, knocking out call reports on the same day as your store visit

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Previous sales experience required; consumer electronics experience is a plus
  • Exhibit strong sales aptitude, enthusiasm, and a high degree of initiative
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, showcasing interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
  • Present Sonos product information confidently to individuals and groups
  • Reliable transportation to assigned Best Buy location
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods during shifts and lift items up to 30lbs without assistance
  • Access to a personal smartphone with high-speed internet
