**Job Summary:**
We're seeking a skilled Cell Tower Installation Specialist - Wireless Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you'll be responsible for installing and upgrading antennas, electronic testing of equipment, and identifying problems and performing maintenance of network equipment. With a strong understanding of OSHA and Company Fall Safety procedures, you'll safely work in all environments and provide top-notch service to our customers.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Install state-of-the-art products to customers by exceeding their expectations
  • Ensure highest level of safety and quality control requirements are upheld
  • Install and upgrade antennas
  • Electronic testing of equipment to inspect the tower's operation
  • Identify problems and perform maintenance of network equipment
  • Installation and servicing of wireless equipment in the field
  • Instruct and follow of all OSHA and Company Fall Safety procedures
  • Safely work in all environments
  • Basic use of hand tools and equipment
  • Able to identify hazards associated with the construction industry
  • Work closely with your team and follow instructions


**Requirements:**
  • To be 18 years of age or older
  • Authorization to work in the United States for this company
  • Valid Driver's License


**Additional Qualifications:**
  • Minimum of 1 year prior experience in construction, cable, telecommunications, or related industries; desired but not required
  • Ability to travel - required
  • Ability to work weekends as needed
  • Able to perform the physical tasks required in this position for the entire assigned shift
  • Maintain safe working habits/conditions according to all regulations and policies
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, etc. in the accomplishments of North Sky's goals


**Physical Abilities & Exposures:**
  • Routinely: climb, stoop, push, pull, bend, reach, lift, stand
  • Occasionally: sit
  • Candidate must be able to climb towers at heights of up to 300" or more
  • Able to lift up to 75lbs
